Q: Where are your products made? All OLIBÆ products are hand-blended in small batches in Miami Beach, Florida.
Q: Are your products vegan and cruelty-free? Yes. All formulas are 100% vegan and cruelty-free. We never test on animals.
Q: Do you use fragrance? Never. OLIBÆ is entirely fragrance-free. The subtle natural scent comes from our botanical ingredients.

Shipping
All domestic orders ship free via USPS within the United States. Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days. Standard delivery takes 2–3 business days from the date of shipment.
We ship internationally. For international orders, please contact us directly with your country and the items you'd like to order and we'll provide a shipping quote within 24 hours. Delivery times vary by country — typically 7–14 business days. Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties and import taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient.

Returns & Refunds
We stand behind every OLIBÆ formula. If you experience a genuine issue with your order — a damaged product, a defective seal, or something that arrived incorrectly — we will make it right.
To request a refund, contact us at hello@olibaeskin.com within 7 days of receiving your order. Please include a clear photo or video showing the issue. Once reviewed and approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
We do not accept returns on opened products without documented proof of an issue. We are unable to offer refunds for change of mind or personal preference, as each batch is made in small quantities and cannot be restocked once opened.
If your package was lost or significantly delayed in transit, please reach out and we will investigate with the carrier on your behalf.
