THE NAME
OLIBÆ — pronounced O · lib · ai — is derived from olibanum, the ancient Latin name for frankincense. Traded along the incense routes for over five thousand years, olibanum was revered as medicine, ritual, and luxury. The name carries all of that weight — and intention.

A Personal Note
I didn't begin with the intention of creating a skincare brand.
For years, I was drawn to plant-based living and the traditions of botanical medicine. As a vegan for more than a decade, I became fascinated by how thoughtfully chosen ingredients could support healthy skin. What began as a personal interest gradually evolved into an obsession with formulation — researching oils, studying botanical resins, and creating small batches exclusively for myself.
Ironically, many of the skin issues I was trying to solve turned out to have little to do with skincare at all. Over time, I discovered they were largely the result of lifestyle and dietary habits, particularly periods of overeating and excessive sugar intake. But by then, the journey had taken on a life of its own.
I had spent years refining a formula that became an indispensable part of my daily ritual.
Rather than purchasing ready-made extracts, I chose to begin with certified organic frankincense and myrrh resins, carefully grinding and slowly cold-infusing them into organic botanical oils. Every ingredient was selected for a reason. Every unnecessary ingredient was removed.
The result became OLIBÆ.
Today, every bottle is still crafted with that same philosophy: exceptional botanicals, clinically studied actives, and formulations built on intention rather than excess.
Because true luxury isn't measured by how many ingredients a product contains.

Q: Where are your products made? All OLIBÆ products are hand-blended in small batches in Miami Beach, Florida.
Q: Are your products vegan and cruelty-free? Yes. All formulas are 100% vegan and cruelty-free. We never test on animals.
Q: Do you use fragrance? Never. OLIBÆ is entirely fragrance-free. The subtle natural scent comes from our botanical ingredients.
Q: How long until I see results? Most customers notice improvements in skin texture and hydration within 2–3 weeks of consistent use.
Shipping
All domestic orders ship free via USPS within the United States. Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days. Standard delivery takes 2–3 business days from the date of shipment.
We ship internationally. For international orders, please contact us directly with your country and the items you'd like to order and we'll provide a shipping quote within 24 hours. Delivery times vary by country — typically 7–14 business days. Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties and import taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email.
Returns & Refunds
We stand behind every OLIBÆ formula. If you experience a genuine issue with your order — a damaged product, a defective seal, or something that arrived incorrectly — we will make it right.
To request a refund, contact us at hello@olibaeskin.com within 7 days of receiving your order. Please include a clear photo or video showing the issue. Once reviewed and approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
We do not accept returns on opened products without documented proof of an issue. We are unable to offer refunds for change of mind or personal preference, as each batch is made in small quantities and cannot be restocked once opened.
If your package was lost or significantly delayed in transit, please reach out and we will investigate with the carrier on your behalf.
